✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
- AWHONN Advanced (Acceptable in lieu)
- Epic experience required
- Strong IV start skills
- Must be willing to float as needed
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
✅ Required Clinical Skills:
- Labor management and vaginal deliveries
- Fetal monitoring and interpretation of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns
- External and internal fetal monitoring
- C-section circulation and recovery
- Epidural and pain management
- Magnesium sulfate and Pitocin administration
- Postpartum hemorrhage management
- Pregnancy-induced hypertension care
- Antepartum assessment and NSTs
- Obstetric triage and sterile vaginal examinations
- IV therapy, blood product administration, and infusion pump management
- Newborn care, APGAR scoring, /security banding, and thermoregulation
