Seabright Staffing is partnering with a growing, clinician-led ABA clinic in Columbus, OH, built around one idea: BCBAs do their best work when they're actually supported, not just staffed.
What distinguishes this clinic is its truly clinical leadership. With BCBAs at every level, including a CEO who began her career as a Behavior Therapist and rose through the ranks, decisions are made by those who understand your caseload. The culture fosters genuine listening, with leaders adapting based on clinician feedback and welcoming new ideas.
