Ohio Living is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to join our interdisciplinary team. Under RN supervision, you will provide end-of-life care and perform personal care tasks to ensure patient comfort and safety.
You will report changes to the RN and document care in the EMR while supporting family needs and emotional well-being. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and current Ohio CNA certification; two years of CNA/home health experience is preferred.
