Description

Make a Difference While Leading a Team!

North Community Counseling Centers (NCCC) is looking for a dependable, organized, and positive leader to join our Residential Services team!

Our residential homes provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for adults with mental health and behavioral health diagnoses. Our residents are mostly independent and do not require hands-on personal care, such as bathing, dressing, or toileting assistance.

As a Residential Support Staff Program Coordinator, you'll help oversee daily operations, support and supervise residential staff, and ensure our homes remain safe, organized, and welcoming. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting others, and making a meaningful difference.

  • Ensure required health and safety inspections, drills, and procedures are completed.
  • Coordinate communication about resident appointments, activities, meal planning, staff schedules, and documentation deadlines.
  • Help ensure staff follow agency policies, safety procedures, and residential program requirements.

Resident Support & Community Activities

  • Build positive relationships with residents while promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
  • Observe and guide staff as they assist residents with daily routines, meal preparation, and household activities.

  • Provide support and appropriate behavioral interventions when needed.
