Are you passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences and leading a team with purpose? Harrison on 5th, a premier senior living community, is seeking a Dining Room Manager to elevate the hospitality and service in our beautiful dining spaces.

As our Dining Room Manager, you'll lead by example, bringing energy, warmth, and attention to detail to every meal service. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone for how residents and guests experience one of the most important parts of their day—mealtime.

• Oversee daily dining room operations, ensuring smooth, timely, and welcoming service
• Lead and schedule dining room associates, including servers and hosts
• Train new team members and maintain a culture of hospitality and respect
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure excellence in service and presentation
• Support the needs of residents with care, dignity, and a commitment to quality

• Two years minimal experience in food service leadership (restaurant or senior living a plus)
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• High standards for cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service
• Serv Safe certificate preferred
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
