Schedule:

Mornings and Evenings, Weekends & Holidays. Must have: 2 year’s driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests with self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance, greet, thank, and resolve issues politely.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and assisting with items up to 50lbs.
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance, or special projects as requested by local management.

Must haves:

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Energetic, outgoing, able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs.
• Great communicator in written and spoken language, friendly and professional.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and resolves customer issues positively.

Good to haves:

• Valet parking experience of 1 year or more.
• Customer service experience of 1 year or more.
