This vital role ensures alignment of HR practices with the company's Core Values and provides leadership in employee relations, compliance, and engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • HR Leadership: Manage daily HR functions, HRIS system (Bamboo

    HR), employee engagement, policies, and life-cycle management
  • Employee Relations: Support managers and employees, resolve conflicts, ensure legal compliance
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee new hire integration, retention, and exit processes
  • HR Compliance: Keep updated on HR laws, ensure policy compliance, and manage benefits enrollment
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor HR staff, provide training on performance management and growth opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred; experience may substitute
  • Experience: 4+ years in HR leadership; 3+ years in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles; construction/manufacturing experience a plus
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, time management
