What You'll Do:
- HR Leadership: Manage daily HR functions, HRIS system (Bamboo
HR), employee engagement, policies, and life-cycle management - Employee Relations: Support managers and employees, resolve conflicts, ensure legal compliance
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee new hire integration, retention, and exit processes
- HR Compliance: Keep updated on HR laws, ensure policy compliance, and manage benefits enrollment
- Team Development: Lead and mentor HR staff, provide training on performance management and growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred; experience may substitute
- Experience: 4+ years in HR leadership; 3+ years in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles; construction/manufacturing experience a plus
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, time management

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Indoor office and construction site; ability to sit, stand, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces; occasional travel required.
