Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission, with first-year recruiters typically earning $75k+ and second-year recruiters $100k+. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create target lists, identify candidates, and execute a defined sourcing strategy that will attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with external candidates.
- Follow up with candidates to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
- Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements.)
- Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS.)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
- Preferred 1-2 years of recruiting or staffing experience.
- Must live in Columbus, OH area
