Recruiter – RPO Field Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our growing RPO Field Sales team. This position can be remote or based at our headquarters in Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities- Establish rapport and build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidates and support communication with hiring managers.
- Execute established search strategies effectively and adapt to meet client and hiring manager needs.
- Prioritize requisitions and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Source, engage, and attract high-demand candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
- Source passive talent and qualify all candidates.
- Manage the entire candidate experience (conduct phone screens, keep candidates and hiring managers informed, etc.).
- Learn and utilize different ATS systems to track and move candidates through the process.
- Meet and achieve milestone deliverables (timelines, sourcing, screening, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, preference for high-volume and/or project-based recruitment.
- Life science recruitment experience preferred.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products, applicant tracking systems, and Linked In Recruiter.
- Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and attract high-demand candidates.
- Prioritizes a best-in-class client and candidate experience.
- Demonstrates business acumen and effective communication skills.
- Strategically organizes self and work.
- Positively influences team and colleagues across the company.
- Seeks personal growth and applies feedback from others.
- Works in a flexible and adaptable manner in new, unfamiliar, or ambiguous conditions.
