We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our growing RPO Field Sales team. This position can be remote or based at our headquarters in Columbus, OH.

• Establish rapport and build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidates and support communication with hiring managers.
• Execute established search strategies effectively and adapt to meet client and hiring manager needs.
• Prioritize requisitions and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Source, engage, and attract high-demand candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Source passive talent and qualify all candidates.
• Manage the entire candidate experience (conduct phone screens, keep candidates and hiring managers informed, etc.).
• Learn and utilize different ATS systems to track and move candidates through the process.
• Meet and achieve milestone deliverables (timelines, sourcing, screening, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, preference for high-volume and/or project-based recruitment.
• Life science recruitment experience preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products, applicant tracking systems, and Linked In Recruiter.
• Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and attract high-demand candidates.
