LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to join a leading organization. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in compensation strategy, market analysis, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience designing competitive pay structures, managing salary benchmarking, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and salary structures, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions and policies.
  • Oversee annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, bonus calculations, and pay adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, as well as internal policies.
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for senior leadership, highlighting trends and recommendations.
  • Support job evaluation and classification processes to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to forecast compensation budgets and manage cost implications.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in compensation processes and systems.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in compensation management.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation management or related HR function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; CCP certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and compensation tools; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise leadership.
  • Experience managing compensation programs in a multi‑location or complex organizational structure is a plus.

Salary:
Starting at $120,000 based on experience
