Chipotle Mexican Grill invites you to join its mission to cultivate a better world by delivering responsibly sourced, wholesome food. As the Learning and Development Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders to enhance our learning initiatives and help shape our future.

Manage day‑to‑day administration of the Learning Management System, publish courses, handle user permissions, troubleshoot learner issues, run reports, maintain data quality, and improve processes. You’ll support the broader Talent Management and Learning Team and may grow into program support and facilitation roles.

• Design and deliver e‑learning courses, workshops, and other trainings to support organizational learning needs.
• Provide administrative support for Leadership Development programs and additional trainings, including new‑hire orientation.
• Manage day‑to‑day administration of the Learning Management System, including content management, learner progress tracking, report generation, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and devise custom training solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience managing a Learning Management System or similar platform.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Interest in developing a facilitator role.
• Foundational understanding of adult learning theory.
• Experience in Instructional Design and Content Creation preferred.
• Experience with design tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro preferred.
• Experience supporting the design and execution of technical and non‑technical learning programs.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details accurately.
• General knowledge of human resources practices, functions, and procedures.
