Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Corporate
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (onsite/hybrid) works closely with hiring managers and business partners to understand their talent needs and expectations, developing and implementing a recruiting strategy focused on hiring high‑quality candidates. The role requires a strong talent lens, using TA technology and data insights to prioritize work, influence hiring decisions, and consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
What You Will Do- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners based on mutual respect and trust, serving as a Talent Partner to influence and drive all business decisions related to hiring.
- Act as a Talent subject‑matter expert (SME) by advising managers and partners on all matters related to hiring, with the goal of improving quality of hire.
- Review and screen candidates based on agreed criteria with hiring managers before presenting qualified candidates for next steps.
- Leverage multiple technology platforms to increase automation and drive efficiency in the hiring process, continuously proposing improvements.
- Utilize data to tell a story and draw actionable insights, providing clear talent strategy based on market, performance, and business data.
- Proactively communicate updates and information to managers and partners in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide support and mentorship to Talent Partners and other team members.
- Support completion of projects and other duties as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 4–6 years relevant experience or equivalent combination, 4–6 years in an internal talent acquisition program or third‑party staffing agency/search firm; 1–3 years working as a Talent Partner preferred.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and business partners to influence talent decisions.
- Source, screen, interview candidates with a strong talent lens.
