Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for client accounts, responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering customized talent solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at relationship building, and has a deep understanding of recruitment and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the staffing team.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Understand client business objectives and workforce needs to develop tailored staffing solutions.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, ongoing support, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor placement success and ensure high-quality service standards.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
  • Track and report on account performance metrics, including fill rates, retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on labor market trends and workforce challenges relevant to client industries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, client-focused environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven success in managing multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.
