What You’ll Do- Identify and engage top technical talent through proactive outreach
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Conduct cold calls and phone screens to qualify talent
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics
