Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Description We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts for a social services organization in Worthington, Ohio. This role will oversee hiring activities from outreach through offer stage while helping create a positive and organized experience for candidates. The ideal candidate brings practical recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Design and carry out recruiting plans that help attract candidates with experience across a range of roles.

- Manage the full hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection support, and placement activities.

- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and targeted candidate engagement.

- Coordinate pre-employment steps such as onboarding documents, background checks, drug screens, and related hiring requirements.

- Prepare and present employment offers while supporting discussions around start details and hiring terms.

- Keep applicant and hiring records accurate and current within the organization's applicant tracking system and related tools.

- Strengthen the employer brand by delivering a responsive, organized, and candidate-focused recruitment experience.

- Develop external partnerships with colleges, community organizations, agencies, and other talent sources to expand recruiting reach.

- Represent the organization at job fairs and hiring events to increase visibility and connect with prospective applicants.

- Follow applicable employment laws, compliance standards, and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related hiring role.

- Working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.

- Experience supporting high-volume or corporate recruiting environments with multiple concurrent requisitions.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms such as ADP Workforce Now.

- Ability to manage onboarding administration, including background checks, drug screenings, and I-9 documentation.

- Strong recordkeeping, clerical, and administrative skills with close attention to detail.

- Understanding of compliance expectations related to hiring practices, employment documentation, and audits. Talent Match®
