Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join a growing organization in Columbus. In this role, you’ll be a key partner in supporting employees, driving engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.

• Support the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers on policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
• Assist with payroll and HRIS administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage employee relations matters and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Contribute to performance review processes, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience; generalist or coordinator background preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
