VP of Human Resources

HR at this company touches everything, and we need someone at the VP level who can hold the whole picture: strategy, data, people, and the day-to-day work of actually getting roles filled.

• Full ownership of the HR function, not a narrow slice of it
• Real influence over both strategy and execution across every HR discipline
• The chance to shape performance management and talent strategy from the ground up

• Performance management strategy and execution, organization-wide
• Recruiting and talent acquisition strategy, including direct involvement in filling open roles
• HRIS systems and HR operations oversight
• HR data quality: identifying issues and driving remediation, not just reporting on them
• HR policy development and administration
• Employee relations, serving as the senior escalation point for complex issues
• Compensation strategy and structure
• Workplace safety programs and compliance

• Have led HR at the VP or senior executive level
• Are comfortable operating at both the strategic and hands-on level, including recruiting directly when needed
• Have a track record of improving HRIS data quality and operational processes
• Bring strong experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; SHRM/HRCI certification a plus
