- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, Linked In, resume databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for open positions.
- Conduct initial candidate prescreens by phone to assess qualifications, experience, interest, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Post job openings and assist with maintaining accurate job postings across recruitment platforms.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and completing I-9 employment verification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and HR documentation.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment paperwork and responding to basic employee questions.
- Help track employee information, attendance, PTO, and other HR-related data.
- Support HR compliance by ensuring employee documentation is complete and properly maintained.
- Assist with processing employee changes, new hire paperwork, and termination documentation.
- Provide administrative support for payroll processing, including collecting timesheets and updating employee information.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate HR team member when needed.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and other HR projects as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and candidate information.
