- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate tracking to ensure completion of job-specific training.
- Hands‑on partnership with Production Supervisor to process production paperwork, conduct investigations, issue attendance disciplines, and research grievances and complaints.
- Contribute to efficient operations and maintain labor relations by checking in employees, accurately scheduling employees according to the plant’s collective bargaining agreement.
- Report on HR metrics as needed.
- Maintains and processes a variety of confidential records including personnel files, employment data, etc.
- Support plant projects and events as needed.

- High School Diploma.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Human Resources environment, preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred but not required.
- Proven strong ability to use independent critical thinking and decision making.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and needs of the business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Passion about your work.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills – primarily Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
