What you’ll need to be successful:

• Demonstrated experience applying AI and data science techniques to solve problems in a professional setting.
• Experience with techniques like LLM prompting, LLM orchestration, natural language processing (NLP), and model evaluation and testing.
• Demonstrated ability to independently perform research, analysis and model, and report on findings.
• General knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, semantic similarity, and embeddings.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work alongside a Sr. Data Scientist from the Enterprise AI team to plan, execute, and report on generative AI projects of diverse scope.
• Independently apply various generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and data science techniques.
• Independently perform research, analysis and modeling, and present findings.

Required technical skills:

• Python and data science Python packages.
• LLMs and LLM orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain or Llama Index.

Other required accountabilities:

• Collaboration, planning and organizing, modeling and analysis, communication, verbal and written reports.

Education:

PhD preferred; MS acceptable with equivalent experience.

Experience:

2+ years as a data scientist following graduate education.
