• Designs business-focused solutions in Service Now to ensure systems meet requirements, are efficient, effective, and scalable in support of organizational goals.
• Partners with Business Analysts, Service Now Administrators, and Developers to produce technical specifications, support testing, and develop internal implementation plans.
• Leads or participates in discovery calls and workshops as a Service Now subject matter expert to identify business needs and define, redesign, and improve internal processes.
• Conducts gap analysis, documents current state and to-be state, and provides thought leadership to advise stakeholders on leveraging Service Now’s capabilities to improve business operations.
• Manages, documents, and communicates system requirements to the delivery team to ensure proposed solutions and implementations meet stakeholder expectations.
• Keeps abreast of Service Now technology to stay up to date with the latest Service Now features, updates, and trends to inform practice direction.
• Reviews Service Now technical literature.
• Attends meetings and training opportunities
• Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process definition, developing system requirements, documentation, and project artifacts.
• Proven analyst experience across a range of Service Now modules including Field Service Management, Customer Service Management, Technology Provider Service Management, Project Portfolio Management, IT Service Management, and Hardware Asset Management.
• Proven experience leading workshops, discovery calls, gathering and documenting requirements, and influencing decision makers at senior levels.
• Ability to provide technical guidance across stakeholders while working closely with delivery teams.
• Understanding of Service Now modules, integrations, capabilities, and platform technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with a track record of communicating complex ideas effectively across a large organization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
