• Lead migration of SharePoint server-side solutions, specifically from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2016.
• Troubleshoot and resolve both out-of-the-box and custom SharePoint application issues, providing timely root cause analysis.
• Create, maintain, and configure SharePoint sites, site collections, lists, libraries, permissions, and related components.
• Design, develop, integrate, and refactor SharePoint server-side applications and services to align with the latest platforms.
• Maintain and enhance SharePoint solutions and artifacts after migration.
• Participate in product and program collaboration activities.
• Utilize strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, IIS, SQL Server, and object-oriented programming.
• Apply extensive knowledge of SharePoint artifacts, site templates, master pages, and page layouts.
• Develop and migrate Info Path forms; troubleshoot authentication methods including Kerberos.
• Employ web development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript), and work with web service models (SOAP, OData, REST).
• Utilize third-party migration tools (e.g., Sharegate) and version control systems (TFS, Git).
• Analyze and debug client-side solutions (ULS log, network trace); experience with SharePoint Framework is a plus.
• Demonstrate professional, ethical, and collaborative behavior; ensure clear communication and accountability in all tasks.
• Prioritize workload, comply with company policies, and maintain effective verbal and written communication.
