- Strong expertise in SAP IS‑U core modules including Billing & Invoicing, FICA, Device Management, Customer Service, and CRM/CIC integration.
- Hands‑on configuration experience, deep functional knowledge, and utility industry project exposure.

- FICA (billing, payments, collections)

- Utility industry project experience highly preferred
