• Knowledge of Integrated Eligibility (Medicaid, SNAP/TANF or Child Care)
• Knowledge and experience testing eligibility rules
• Experience with reports and integration testing
• Proficiency with test management tools
• Ability to script using automation tools such as Selenium & Cucumber
• Manual scripting and test execution
• Act as key point of contact for QA aspects of releases, providing test services and coordinating QA resources
• Ensure all testing work is carried out in accordance with the test plan, including schedule and quality requirements
• Provide feedback to the system integrator on the implications of testing outcomes
• Knowledge of SDLC and defect lifecycle
• Adhere to formal QA processes and daily goals as established by the QA lead
• Proactively follow up on questions and defects to closure
• Respond to all requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner

• 7+ years of experience with HHS Eligibility Systems and Policy
• 7+ years of experience as a tester with knowledge in Medicaid and SNAP/TANF benefits and skills in writing and executing test scripts
• Experience ensuring that the Systems Implementation (SI) team uses industry‑accepted best practices
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of test management software
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
• Excellent communication skills
