Sr. IT Project Manager, Corporate

We are looking for a Sr. IT Project Manager, Corporate Applications to work for our client.

• Lead and manage complex IT projects focused on corporate applications including HR, payroll, and enterprise productivity tools.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive integration and optimization efforts for platforms such as Workday, People Soft, Kronos, Office 365, and Service Now.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• 7+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on corporate applications.
• Proven success managing projects involving Workday, People Soft, Kronos, O365, and Service Now.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and business processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
