Senior CRM & Marketing Ops; GoHighLevel Contractor

A Vaco client is in search of a Marketing Automation Architect to join their team for a consulting engagement. This candidate will be key to building a unified pipeline architecture for the end client. The client utilizes Go High Level  for CRM and the candidate must possess deep knowledge of the tool. This role has the capability of being fully remote.

• Senior CRM & Marketing Ops (Go High Level ) contractor.
• Build unified pipeline architecture
• Turn patient and provider journey maps into pipelines, fields, tags, and workflows.
• Rebuild the Go High Level  data schema + data dictionary to align with our unified data mart (Big Query).
• Standardize tagging/UTMs/GA4 events and support integration with the new website (Builder.io+ Next.js).

• Lead working sessions to translate journeys into a clean Go High Level  configuration (DTC + B2B).
• Redesign fields, pipelines, and workflows; deprecate legacy clutter.
• Partner with web and data teams on form/event tracking, field mapping, and QA into Big Query/Looker Studio.
• Document config and standards so the internal team can maintain it.

• Deep, hands-on Go High Level  experience (pipelines, custom fields, tags, workflows).
• GA4 and GTM for event tracking and debugging.
• Comfort collaborating with teams using Big Query (or similar) and modern web stacks (Next.js/headless CMS).

• Multi-location healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience in HIPAA-adjacent environments and DTC + provider/referral funnels.
