Job Description
Pay Range: $55hr -$60hr
Requirement/Must Have- Scrum Master certification.
- 5+ years of experience driving IT software application projects using Scrum.
- 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master.
- Experience facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience using Scrum management tools.
- Experience working with software development teams in Agile environments.
- Experience supporting system implementation and rollout phases.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or regulated environments.
- Experience collaborating with IT project managers and business stakeholders.
- Guide teams through project execution using Agile Scrum methodology.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Scrum principles, practices, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during requirements gathering, development, and implementation.
- Maintain project visibility and progress tracking using Scrum tools.
- Partner with project leadership to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Support business and operations teams during configuration and deployment phases.
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
- Drive adoption of Agile best practices across teams.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems or similar platforms.
- Experience optimizing software development processes.
- Project and/or program management experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage and support multiple teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
