Job Description

Pay Range: $55hr -$60hr

Requirement/Must Have
  • Scrum Master certification.
  • 5+ years of experience driving IT software application projects using Scrum.
  • 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience using Scrum management tools.
Experience
  • Experience working with software development teams in Agile environments.
  • Experience supporting system implementation and rollout phases.
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or regulated environments.
  • Experience collaborating with IT project managers and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Guide teams through project execution using Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Scrum principles, practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during requirements gathering, development, and implementation.
  • Maintain project visibility and progress tracking using Scrum tools.
  • Partner with project leadership to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Support business and operations teams during configuration and deployment phases.
  • Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
  • Drive adoption of Agile best practices across teams.
Should Have
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems or similar platforms.
  • Experience optimizing software development processes.
  • Project and/or program management experience.
Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and support multiple teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
