Sr. Technology Training & Adoption Analyst –
Columbus, OH
$77,000.00/yr – $99,000.00/yr
The position will oversee training but the focus is designing, delivering and overseeing an entire training program with a focus on employees adopting legal technology solutions and helping them leverage technology. It includes software support and training, creating adoption strategies, and defining tech competencies and learning paths across the firm. The role requires a white‑glove, customer‑forward service orientation and a deep understanding of legal workflows.
PositionResponsibilities
- Develop and drive training and adoption efforts across the firm’s technology software stack, working with IT and stakeholders on institutionalization plans.
- Track usage and adoption rates of technology solutions, identify barriers, and develop actionable strategies.
- Conduct onboarding technology training for attorneys and support staff, ensuring integration into system workflows.
- Participate in firm‑wide technology initiatives to enhance user engagement and effectiveness.
- Teach training classes for new rollouts and existing applications.
- Provide telephone, virtual, or desk‑side assistance for software questions.
- Create and maintain training materials, class offerings, and structured learning paths.
- Manage and update the firm’s Learning Management System and related materials.
- Partner with the Help Desk to resolve software issues and documentation.
- Participate in testing and evaluation of new or upgraded applications before deployment.
- Stay current with emerging trends in technology training and legal software.
- Organize, create, and maintain firm‑wide templates.
- Recommend improvements to products, processes, and training methodologies for better user experience.
- Maintain timely, professional communication with all firm personnel and external partners, demonstrating a commitment to superior client service.
- Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of seven years in legal technology training, adult education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and operational needs of law firms, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and metrics to measure technology adoption and training effectiveness.
- Experience with legal technology platforms such as Intapp, Litera, and iManage is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, artificial intelligence solutions, and other advanced technologies is a plus.
