Multimedia Technician 2 – Downtown Columbus Ohio
What you’ll doIn this role, you would support and maintain all the OPERS A/V systems and related services. These can include data/video projection units, touchscreen panels, sound systems, and more! In addition, you would get to assist project teams with planning and initiating A/V-related tasks and technologies. You would also be the go-to person for training users on how to use A/V equipment and configure online collaboration tools, among other duties.

- An a ssociate’s degree along with at least 2 years’ experience in technical support, multimedia support or meeting support OR high school diploma/GED along with 4 years’ experience
- Experience in Windows Desktop Support OS administration/support
- Advanced proficiency with modern audio-visual concepts and equipment
- Advanced knowledge of data projection systems
- Strong technical knowledge of software applications and hardware environments is a plus
