Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) initiatives within the Data Technology organization.

This role involves managing a team of 12–16 professionals, driving continuous improvement and innovation, and executing strategic data warehousing projects.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data warehousing best practices, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.

• Lead a team of 12–16 resources, providing strategic direction, coaching, and technical oversight.
• Drive Agile execution, ensuring consistent velocity, transparency, and stakeholder engagement.
• Execute EDW technology strategy aligned with enterprise goals and priorities.
• Participate in demand management and planning, assessing impact, feasibility, and estimating work effort.
• Translate technical designs from Data Architects into physical data models that meet governance and business requirements.
• Manage data within the EDW platform to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with operational data and acquisition teams to manage incoming sources and downstream reporting needs.
• Support incident resolution and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and enterprise architecture standards.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in multi-terabyte data warehousing engineering projects.
• 7+ years of experience managing technology teams focused on data warehousing.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data warehousing best practices and modern data architectures.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
