Job Type: Contract to Hire – Onsite

Pay Range: 55$-60$/hr on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Formal training or certification in Software Engineering / Site Reliability Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience.

Strong hands-on experience across system design, application development, testing, deployment, and operational stability.

Practical exposure to product engineering and production/platform support, with a deep understanding of scalability, reliability, performance, and security.

Experience in coding, debugging, and maintaining applications within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Java, Python, Go, etc.) and experience with database querying languages (SQL/No

SQL).

Experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security best practices.

Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Cloud, AI/ML, or mobile development.

Ability to work with development toolsets to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve applications.

Strong understanding of engineering concepts including:

• Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery
• Test Driven Development
• Cloud development practices
• Monitoring & observability
