Sr. Manager, Data Warehouse
Position DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Data Warehouse leader to oversee an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team and drive innovation in data technology. This role manages a team of 12–16, delivering strategic initiatives, optimizing platform efficiency, and enabling advanced analytics capabilities. You’ll collaborate across technology and business teams to align data strategies, architect scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of 12–16, driving execution, transparency, and engagement.
- Execute EDW strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise and segment priorities.
- Translate architecture designs into physical data models that meet governance, performance, and business needs.
- Oversee data ingestion, platform efficiency, reporting, and analytics support.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to plan, prioritize, and deliver initiatives.
- Support incident resolution, operational improvements, and run metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 10+ years in large‑scale data warehousing engineering; 7+ years managing data teams.
- Expertise in enterprise data warehousing best practices and modern data architectures.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AWS, Snowflake, IBM Data Stage, Python/PySpark, Erwin, and Tableau.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, BI, and advanced analytics.
