Postali’s paid media specialists drive high‑impact advertising strategies that help law firms grow.

In this in‑house role based in Columbus, Ohio, you’ll own comprehensive paid‑media campaigns and help shape marketing plans with a strategic mindset. Applicants must be able to commute to our Columbus office.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategize and execute campaigns across paid search, display, remarketing, paid social, geo/IP targeting, and paid directories.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to meet cost‑per‑conversion targets and maximize ROI.
  • Use CRO tools such as A/B testing and landing‑page optimisation to improve performance.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign creation, targeting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with designers, developers, content writers, and the Client Experience team.
  • Provide strategic input for new business opportunities by supporting the Business Development team with media recommendations.
  • Manage attribution tracking through Google Analytics and call‑tracking platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance, prepare dashboards, and generate insights for internal and client‑facing use.
  • Innovate processes to improve operational efficiency and scale what works.
  • Engage with media/technology vendors to stay informed of platform changes and opportunities.
What We Need
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven success running paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong CRO skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Crazy Egg, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience analysing data and making strategic decisions based on campaign performance.
  • Comfort using and experimenting with AI tools to boost efficiency and support campaign ideation, automation, and insight generation.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – you see opportunities in data, challenge assumptions, and take ownership of client success.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively across departments.
Great to Have
  • Working knowledge of SEO and its intersection with paid media.
  • Experience with Word Press or similar CMS for landing‑page testing and edits.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills for ad creative and messaging testing.
  • Ability to create attractive assets in Canva.
  • Skillful use of AI for ad tasks efficiency.
  • Successful lead generation in Google Local Services Ads (LSAs).
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking and troubleshoot tags in Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Call Rail for phone call tracking.
