We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and backend business processes. This role requires someone who understands how goods move through the warehouse from purchase orders and receipts to pick, pack, and ship, and can translate those processes into clear, actionable requirements. The ideal candidate will be a self‑driven, independent analyst who can own conversations, drive decision‑making, and deliver requirements that enable seamless integrations and operational excellence.

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for warehouse and distribution operations, including purchase orders, receipts, and order pick/pack/ship processes.
• Write detailed functional and technical requirements for APIs, integration files, and backend system interactions (not just GUI/front‑end).
• Partner with operations teams, business stakeholders, and technical staff to ensure WMS requirements are well understood, accurate, and prioritized.
• Create process flows, data maps, and use cases to support warehouse and system integration design.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for requirements, ensuring alignment across business and IT.
• Support UAT and validation of WMS integrations and enhancements.

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain operations.
• Hands‑on experience with backend warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, cycle counts, etc.).
• Proven ability to write API and system integration specifications.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, able to drive workshops, clarify decisions, and build consensus across diverse teams.
• Independent worker who can operate effectively as a one‑person BA lead on projects.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving and documentation skills.

• Experience with major WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, High Jump, etc.).
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS integration points and data mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
