As a Senior Data Visualization Engineer, you’ll be joining our team of talented experts. The right candidate will possess the following experience:

The Senior Power BI Developer will lead the design, development, and optimization of business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes to deliver scalable, insightful, and visually compelling analytics.

• Design and implement advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI that align with business objectives
• Translate complex data sets into intuitive visualizations that support executive and operational decision-making
• Define and maintain reporting standards, templates, and governance protocols

• Develop robust data models using DAX and Power Query to support dynamic reporting needs
• Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and Excel
• Optimize data refresh schedules and performance tuning for large-scale datasets

• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide training and support to end users, enabling self-service analytics and adoption
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity

• Establish best practices for Power BI development, deployment, and version control
• Mentor junior developers and analysts on BI tools, data modeling, and visualization techniques
• Stay current with Power BI updates and industry trends to continuously enhance solution capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in BI development, with at least 3 years focused on Power BI
• Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and cloud-based data sources
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Power Platform, and enterprise data architecture
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Engage in prototyping, designing, developing, and publishing Power BI Reports
• Develop Power BI Data models and recommend best practices for report creation and visualizations.
• Implement security in reports and dashboards.
• Integrate Dashboards into applications using Embedded Analytics.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather business requirements for Analytics and Reporting
• Provide guidance to data visualization developers in the team
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and tune report performance
• Build and modify tables, and views and optimize SQL queries, and indexes as needed
• Responsible for implementing security on developed Dashboards in accordance with security and access requirements.
• Evaluate self-service reporting and dashboard tool
• Owning and Managing Power BI server/service, gateways, data refreshes, and other admin activities
