AI & Technology Operations Coordinator

This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, IT operations, and employee onboarding. You’ll be the person who’s constantly asking, “How can we do this faster, smarter, and better with AI?”

Our story starts in 2012 when our founder, Pebby, stumbled across a $40 screen printing kit and decided to take a leap of faith that would change her life.

As a woman who had struggled for years to accept and love her body, she was tired of seeing herself as “lesser than.” Fashion brands weren’t offering anything that made her feel good in her body. And shopping for tops that didn’t take real, human proportions into consideration was chipping away at her self‑esteem. It was time for a radical change in perspective.

Pebby created her own line of tees with one significant tweak: A universally flattering side‑slit design that looked great and felt amazing. Finally, she loved what she saw when she looked in the mirror.

In this role, you will coordinate & support:

• Research, test, and implement AI tools to improve productivity across teams
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows (internal ops, marketing, e‑comm, customer experience, etc)
• Stay up-to-date on emerging AI trends and proactively recommend tools and improvements
• Train team members on AI tools and best practices

• Oversee day‑to‑day IT needs and miscellaneous tech projects
• Manage software tools, licenses, across and permissions
• Troubleshoot tech issue (or coordinate solutions when outside support is needed)
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes and tools

• Own the tech onboarding process for new hires (accounts, tools, devices across all teams)
• Ensure a smooth, secure offboarding process when employees exit
• Continuously improve onboarding workflows to be faster and more intuitive

• Lead or support tech‑related initiatives as the company grows
• Partner with leadership to scale systems efficiently
• Be the “go‑to” person for tech problem‑solving and experimentation

• Experience in e‑commerce, or fast‑growing brands
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, Shopify, Mid Journey, etc
• A mindset of “there has to be a smarter way to do this”
