Job Title
A large financial services company is looking for an IT Service Desk Agent to provide top-notch technical support. You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Base pay range$20.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Contract Details📆
Contract: 12 months (potential for extension or permanent hire)
- Answer IT support calls and resolve issues quickly
- Provide excellent customer service with active listening and empathy
- Use a knowledge base and ticketing system to track and solve problems
- Communicate clearly via phone, chat, and documentation
- Collaborate with teams and follow company policies
- High school diploma or GED (plus relevant work experience)
- 2-5 years of chat support experience in a fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving skills & self-motivation
- Ability to troubleshoot software & hardware issues
