We are seeking an AI Product Practice Lead to spearhead a client-facing workstream focused on productizing enterprise-scale AI initiatives
. This individual will bring a strong product management background
, combined with the technical fluency to engage with engineers, data scientists, and enterprise stakeholders alike.

As a Practice Lead, you will guide our clients in shaping their AI strategies into real, market‑ready products and services. You’ll define product roadmaps, establish operating models, and lead delivery teams while serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives.

• Lead one or more enterprise AI work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.
• Translate AI strategy and experimentation into scalable product roadmaps
  , frameworks, and operating models.
• Partner with client executives, technologists, and data science teams to define requirements, prioritize use cases, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Evangelize AI product management best practices, fostering a product mindset within client organizations.
• Provide thought leadership around emerging AI trends, technologies, and enterprise adoption patterns.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams (engineers, architects, data scientists) and business leaders
  , ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to the growth of Impower.ai’s consulting practice.

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership roles, with significant time spent on enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading AI/ML products or platforms (e.g., applied machine learning, intelligent automation, generative AI, enterprise data platforms).
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise IT landscapes

• Demonstrated ability to engage with technologists (architects, data scientists, engineers) while maintaining a business/product focus.
• Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to advise executives and drive alignment across functions.
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills; able to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  .
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or enterprise product organizations is highly preferred.
