SAP ABAP Specialist: 3rd‑Level Support & SDLC Dev

Fulfill standard change requests and service requests answering questions from key users, activation of existing functionality. Acting 3rd level support for SAP ISU applications, platform development, establishment and support of development environments. Expert level, hands‑on development and good functional experience in SAP work streams such as O2C is preferred. Understands Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and techniques including change control management, check‑in/out process, Change Advisory Board, testing techniques.

Conceptualize and prototype appropriate solutions, presenting them to the development team.
