Key Responsibilities:- Deliver first-line technical support via phone, chat, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a banking environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and resolve service tickets efficiently
- Support banking-specific applications and follow cybersecurity protocols
- 1–4 years of technical support experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends may be required)
- High school diploma required; IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) preferred
- Potential for permanent placement based on performance
- Gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector
