E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43215. It supports the Inpatient Clinical Systems, Epic Willow Module at Ohio MHAS.

This role involves supporting Epic System implementation, system optimization, and end-user support to enhance work processes and patient care at regional psychiatric hospitals. Candidates must have Epic certification in one or more modules (e.g., Epic Care Inpatient Clinical Documentation, Epic Care Inpatient Order Entry, Grand Central ADT).

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing workflows, data collection, and report details related to Epic EHR and third-party applications.
• Gathering system enhancement requirements and preparing specifications.
• Implementing system changes, testing, and supporting patches and upgrades.
• Troubleshooting system issues, maintaining data integrity, and developing documentation.
• Partnering with stakeholders for system design and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Completion of undergraduate program in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 months of work experience in relevant areas or 36 months including related responsibilities.

Preferred: Epic certification in relevant modules.

Other details: Mid-Senior level, full-time, in the IT services and consulting industry. Out-of-state travel may be required.
