Systems Engineer, Cybersecurity
Position Overview
Audio Visual (AV) Engineer to support installation, configuration, and maintenance of AV systems for a federal customer. Supports up to ten off‑site events within 50 miles of duty station per year. Requires thorough understanding of testing, analysis, corrective actions on systems, networks, hardware, software and familiarity with all wire/connector types on AV cables.

Responsibilities- Install, pull, terminate, and test AV cables, connectors, and interfaces.
- Install projection screens, plasma TVs, and various types of speakers.
- Install and configure AV systems on client sites.
- Read blueprints and wire AV racks.
- Manage AV projects using various equipment models and makes.
- Perform testing, analysis, and corrective actions on systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification:
Category IAT Level II – includes Security+ CE. - DLA Approved CE
Certifications:- 100‑140 Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) IT Support
- 100‑150 Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Networking
- 100‑160 Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Cybersecurity
- Thorough understanding and working knowledge of testing, analyses, and corrective actions on systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Knowledge and understanding of all wire and connector types on all AV‑related cable.
Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI. Other – IT‑II Critical Sensitive security clearance.
US Citizenship RequirementsMust be a U.S. Citizen as required by the U.S. Government contract.
