Who We Are Founded in 2007, DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago's Loop.

We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

Our public utility client is embarking on a multi-year transformation program centered on SAP IS-U (Industry-Specific Utilities) to modernize and optimize critical operations. This initiative will touch customer service, billing, device management, and field operations, requiring robust program management and organizational change management support to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Must work on our W2

Consultant should be willing to travel up to 25% initially to Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN and for special meetings.

Work is scheduled to begin in February 2026.

• Establish and operate the program's governance structure, tracking schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestone tracking, and performance dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-workstream coordination across SAP IS-U modules (Billing, CRM, Device Management, Work Management, etc.).
• Provide executive-level reporting, ensuring transparency for stakeholders.
• Manage vendor deliverables, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Implement best practices for PMO processes (Agile/Waterfall hybrids).

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the SAP IS-U rollout.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, readiness evaluations, and impact analyses.
• Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and end-user adoption campaigns.
• Support leadership in building change champions and managing resistance.
• Measure and report on change adoption and effectiveness.

• 8+ years of program/project management experience on large ERP programs (SAP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U modules, integration points, and utilities business processes.
• Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-year programs in regulated industries.
• Proficiency with project portfolio tools (MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, SAP Solution Manager, etc.).
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

• 7+ years leading OCM initiatives for ERP or utility transformation programs.
• Proven ability to build and execute OCM strategies, training, and communication plans.
• Familiarity with SAP IS-U or other utilities ERP implementations.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and adoption metrics.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments with diverse internal/external stakeholders.

• PMP, SAFe, Prosci, or other project/change management certifications.
• Utilities or public sector experience strongly preferred.
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and executive leadership.

• Multi-year program offering long-term stability and high visibility.

$75-$120/hr depending on level of experience
