Ocean Blue Solutions Inc is seeking a Program Manager to lead the DCY’s Salesforce Program. The PM will oversee the entire Salesforce org setup, implement DCY IT’s Big Ideas, manage application rewrite, governance, and operations, and ensure projects meet business, technical, and quality requirements.

• Define and drive the overall Salesforce program vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Align Salesforce initiatives with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in program planning and execution.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Salesforce‑related projects and initiatives.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across Salesforce implementations.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, prioritization, and expectation setting.
• Communicate status updates, milestones, and issues to senior leadership.
• Analyze and improve business processes using Salesforce automation and tools.
• Champion best practices in CRM adoption, data quality, and user engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects on technical solutions.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the Salesforce platform.
• Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).
• Lead change management efforts to support adoption of Salesforce features.
• Plan and coordinate training programs for users and stakeholders.
• Support user onboarding and provide enablement resources.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for Salesforce initiatives.
• Deliver dashboards and reports that provide business insight and value.

• Transition of applications from legacy agencies into the DCY Salesforce Org.
• Implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Aligning Licensing Applications.

• Solid experience leading the implementation of workflow automation solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, technology management best practices, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods.
• In‑depth knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project planning tools.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and responsibilities.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to create detailed project documents (charter, implementation plan, test plan, deployment plan).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure and website development projects from conception through completion.
• Experience performing business analysis and/or project management for software development projects.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Excellent decision‑making and critical‑thinking skills.

• 4‑year college degree or equivalent technical study.
• 7+ years of project management experience in Information Technology projects, with a proven track record of handling multiple projects concurrently.
• 5+ years of business process analysis.
• 3+ years of workflow automation.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Large‑scale Salesforce implementation experience.
• Project Management PMP credentials.

Location:

Hybrid (occasional onsite visits). The role is based in Columbus, OH.
