Senior Manager, Evangelists

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join Technical Engagement Service and focus on Oracle Applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) and industry solutions, along with their integrations into Oracle technology platforms. You will lead a team of highly skilled individuals, own portfolio planning and delivery, and partner closely with product, field, marketing and customers to drive measurable outcomes. You’ll combine leadership with hands‑on solution guidance—covering integration patterns, release governance, performance, security, and compliance—to ensure high‑quality delivery at scale.

• Lead and grow a high‑performing team across the North America; set goals, coach, and manage performance and career development
• Define and execute technical strategies for application solutioning and integration using Oracle services
• Oversee engagement intake, discovery, fit‑gap, and solution design; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance
• Govern delivery excellence: scope, estimates, schedules, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication
• Establish release/change processes for quarterly updates and major go‑lives; drive test strategy
• Implement operational best practices
• Partner with product management and business leaders to prioritize roadmaps, define KPIs, and realize value and adoption
• Manage work streams; enforce standards, and quality gates
• Drive integration standards and catalogs
• Continuously improve delivery through automation, documentation, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing

• 5+ years leading and growing successful teams; 10+ years delivering enterprise application solutions, including Oracle Applications or closely related platforms
• Proven track record leading large, complex programs from concept to production with on‑time, on‑budget outcomes
• Strong integration background (API‑first, event and batch), with practical experience using Oracle integration/services
• Deep understanding of enterprise security, IAM, data protection, and compliance in global environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication; effective with executives, customers, and technical teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

As a manager within the technical delivery organization, you will apply your knowledge of enterprise application architecture to oversee solution design, development, testing, and release activities. You will guide teams enhancing existing architectures and recommend improvements for performance, reliability, security, and cost effectiveness, while adhering to Oracle standards and customer commitments.

• Remote or hybrid within the United States; travel approximately 20–30%, with peaks for events or trainings.

Certain US customer or client‑facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $141,800 to $232,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
