iVueit is transforming the way property insights are captured and delivered through a nationwide crowdsourced network. We’re now building intelligent automation and AI-driven capabilities into our platform — and we’re looking for an AI/ML Developer who can help turn data, media, and workflows into smart, scalable systems.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of AI, automation, and engineering, building real-world solutions using large language models, multimodal AI, and workflow automation. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations to build tools that make our platform faster, smarter, and more intuitive for our users.

• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) into internal and customer-facing applications.
• Build end-to-end multimodal AI solutions that process and understand text, images, audio, and video.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, or custom-built orchestration tools.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines to connect AI systems to internal datasets and knowledge bases.
• Work with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and media generation models to enhance user experiences.
• Craft, test, and refine prompts and agent-style instructions for a wide range of AI tasks.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and supporting infrastructure.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and create AI-powered automations that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Solid coding fundamentals in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating APIs (REST, JSON, webhooks, HTTP).
• Strong “workflow mindset” — the ability to break down processes into steps and automate them.
• Comfort working with structured and unstructured data (JSON, CSV, basic DB operations).
• A genuine curiosity about AI and proven desire to experiment with emerging tools.
• Resourcefulness, independence, and a problem-solving approach.

• Personal or side projects where you’ve combined multiple AI tools or built automations.
• Experience coding in GoLang or Dart (bonus for Flutter familiarity).
• Automation of your own workflows or productivity systems.
• A history of sharing work publicly — Git Hub repos, blog posts, demos, or social content.
• Participation in AI hackathons, meetups, or online AI communities.

• Work directly with leadership on high-impact AI initiatives.
• Build production systems used by nationwide field users and enterprise clients.
