Hardware Engineer, Systems Engineer
Data Center Technician – Ellendale, ND (Must Be Willing to Relocate) Job Responsibilities
- Ensure availability and reliability of data center operations
- Diagnose and repair hardware and network issues
- Perform root cause analysis on hardware/software failures
- Train internal teams and develop technical documentation
- Provide hands‑on technical support to data center teams
- Develop scripts for server and network hardware updates
- Maintain inventory and manage equipment installations
- Conduct maintenance on test and tooling equipment
- Travel occasionally to other data center locations
- Experience with computer hardware (troubleshooting, assembly)
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations
- Comfortable in a 24/7 operational environment with on‑call rotation
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Quick problem‑solving and task prioritization abilities
- Physical requirements met with reasonable accommodations
- Work with cutting‑edge technologies like GPU cloud computing and Kubernetes
- Join a pioneering data center built with AI infrastructure in mind, including building‑level liquid cooling
- Access to next‑gen GPUs not yet deployed at scale globally
- Opportunity to grow with the site as it expands from 1/3 capacity to full build‑out over 6‑18 months
- Contract‑to‑hire: 6 months to 1 year
- Sign‑on bonus for relocation
- $2,500 (short‑distance)
- $5,000 (long‑distance)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 – $45.00/hr.
