Data Analyst

• Coordinate with analytics, IT, and business areas to complete assignments with insights from subject matter experts
• Develop and implement medication adherence methodologies using SAS to analyze and identify populations
• Create reports and present results for various initiatives, including Medicare and Medicaid programs
• Utilize advanced data modeling and predictive analytics to improve program outcomes
• Communicate complex data analyses and findings to various units within the organization

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience
• Proficient in coding languages such as Python, SAS, and/or C++
• Strong attention to detail and ability to utilize problem-solving tools
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science
• Experience developing data pipelines using Apache Spark (PySpark or Spark SQL)
• Familiarity with Spark optimization techniques
• Preferred technologies experience with Databricks, Power BI, or similar tools
• Six Sigma certification
