Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Change Coordinator to support our Enterprise Technology Change Enablement process. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, technical proficiency in Service Now and Microsoft applications, and a solid understanding of ITIL principles. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving process improvement and operational excellence.

Pay Range: $34/hr

You’ll spend your day reviewing change requests, testing Service Now enhancements, updating process documentation, and facilitating meetings with stakeholders across departments. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination for change enablement users, ensuring all process changes are tracked, tested, and communicated effectively
