Core Responsibilities- Solution Ownership:
Deliver complex subsystems and integrations for Copilot and related Microsoft 365 services. - Architecture & Design:
Define solution architecture for Copilot deployments, including governance, security, and scalability. - Integration:
Connect Copilot with enterprise systems (SharePoint, Teams, Email, Mobile, Viva Insights) and ensure seamless interoperability. - Performance Optimization:
Identify opportunities for automation, refactoring, and maintainability improvements. - Dev Ops Practices:
Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for Copilot-related services aligned with enterprise standards. - Leadership & Mentorship:
Guide junior engineers, lead technical discussions, and influence platform decisions. - Governance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to AI governance policies, licensing, and data protection standards. - Innovation:
Drive adoption of Copilot, Copilot components, and AI-driven insights to enhance productivity across business units.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Email, Viva Insights).
- Expertise in Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven automation.
- Strong understanding of licensing models and enterprise deployment strategies.
- Experience with scripting, automation, and integration (Power Platform, Power Shell, Python).
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
- Advanced technical expertise in M365 ecosystem and AI Agentic capabilities.
- Ability to anticipate business needs and influence strategy.
- Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
- Leadership in complex implementations and multi‑team coordination.
- Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, and contextual AI responses.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Viva Insights dashboards).
- Proven track record in leading enterprise‑scale implementations.
Hybrid work schedule: expect to work in an office (Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I‑983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.
CompensationThe listed annualized base pay range is: $127,360 - $191,040.
